Well, thank you so much for sitting with us today and sharing a bit of your story. To kick things off, can you tell us a little about yourself, your company, and the services you offer?
My background is in marketing, and while working as a marketing director for a local restaurant, I built my first website in 2023. That project sparked something I didn't expect. I realized how much I enjoyed combining design, branding, and marketing to help a business grow online. My faith has shaped the way I run Mack Media 360. I believe in being honest with clients, communicating openly, and treating every business with the same care and attention I'd want for my own.
How did you get started on Wix? Do you remember the first website you built and what made you choose this platform? And have your services or offerings evolved since those early days?
I got started on Wix while I was working as a marketing director for a restaurant. The website was just one piece of the business's overall marketing, so I decided to build it on Wix. At the time, I had no idea it would end up turning into a career.
After rebuilding that same website three different times, I became really comfortable with the platform and realized how much I enjoyed the process. I remember finishing it and thinking, "I want to build another one." That's when I decided to start offering website design to other businesses.
Since then, my services have grown quite a bit. While Wix is still a huge part of my business, I now build websites on Wix Studio, WordPress, and Shopify depending on what's the best fit for each client. What has kept me with Wix all these years is how much it continues to evolve. I use features like email marketing and analytics regularly, and knowing I can reach customer support 24/7 if I ever need help gives me confidence when managing client projects. Becoming a Wix Partner has been another milestone that has made me even more invested in the platform.
What are the strengths or unique qualities that you bring to your projects? And how do you help clients see that Wix is much more than a “DIY template builder”?
I think what sets Mack Media 360 apart is that I look at the entire brand, not just the website. A lot of business owners come to me thinking they only need a new website, but sometimes the biggest improvements come from updating a blurry logo, improving their photos, refining the copy, or creating a more consistent brand across their online presence. Those details make a bigger difference than people realize.
I also tell clients that yes, they absolutely can build a website themselves if they have the time and enjoy learning something new. Wix has made that more possible than ever. The difference is that a professionally built website goes beyond dragging and dropping elements onto a page. It's understanding layout, typography, mobile optimization, user experience, branding, and how all of those pieces work together to build trust with visitors.
I think Wix is often underestimated. Between Wix Studio, CMS, automations, bookings, restaurants, hotels, events, email marketing, and analytics, it's a platform that can grow alongside a business. I've built everything from restaurant websites and medical practices to tourism businesses and e-commerce stores, and I still find new capabilities that help my clients every day.

Let’s talk services. What do you offer today, and can you share a few project examples that taught you something meaningful or shaped how you work?
Website design is still the biggest part of what I do, but it's rarely the only thing a client needs. A lot of times I'll start with a website, then help clean up a logo, create vector files, improve their Google Business Profile, or help make sure everything from their social media to their branding feels consistent. I enjoy looking at the whole picture instead of treating each piece separately.
One project that really stands out was redesigning a medical aesthetics website with more than 30 pages. It pushed me outside my comfort zone and taught me how much I enjoy solving bigger challenges.
Another project that I'll always remember was building an online store for a western boutique. It was completely different from anything else in my portfolio, but that's exactly why I loved it. It reminded me that good design isn't about using the same formula every time. It's about understanding the client's business and creating something that feels like them, not just another website.
Tell us about your niche — or lack of one! Do you love working across many industries or honing your craft in one specific area? And why does that approach work for you?
I've never wanted to box myself into one industry. I enjoy the challenge of learning how different businesses operate and figuring out what makes each one stand out. One week I might be designing for a medical practice, and the next I'm building an online boutique or a restaurant website. That's what keeps this work exciting for me.
I think working across different industries has made me a better designer. Every project gives me a new perspective, and I often find ideas from one industry that can inspire another.
You’ve shared some amazing insights today. As we finish up, what are your top three “pro tips,” and what’s the best place for people to follow or contact you?
My Top 3 Pro Tips
1. Use AI to brainstorm, but don't let it tell your story.
AI is an incredible tool for brainstorming ideas, organizing content, and exploring creative concepts. But don't let it replace your voice. The final product should reflect your business, your personality, and what makes you different. People connect with authenticity.
2. Invest in quality photos and branding before you build.
Great photography and a clean, high-quality logo will elevate every part of your marketing, from your website and social media to print materials and signage. Those first impressions matter more than most people realize.
3. Look at your business as a whole.
A website shouldn't stand on its own. It works best when it's supported by consistent branding, an optimized Google Business Profile, active social media, and a customer experience that feels connected everywhere people find your business online.
