This project involved the development of a custom ERP and inventory management system designed to give businesses complete visibility into their inventory operations. The system focuses on unit-level tracking, allowing organizations to monitor every individual item rather than just overall stock quantities.
The solution integrates automatic barcode generation, inventory analytics, and real-time tracking, enabling businesses to manage products, monitor item conditions, and maintain accurate inventory records efficiently.
Background
Many businesses rely on traditional inventory systems that track products only by total quantity. While this approach works for basic inventory control, it does not allow companies to track individual items, their condition, or lifecycle within the system.
As businesses scale, they require more advanced inventory management systems that provide granular control, traceability, and operational transparency.
Problem
The client faced several operational challenges:
Lack of unit-level tracking for products
Difficulty identifying damaged or defective items
Manual inventory monitoring processes
Limited visibility into inventory status and item conditions
Inefficient tracking when large quantities of products were involved

To address these challenges, we developed a custom ERP inventory system that automatically generates individual unit records and barcodes for every product item.
When a product is added with a specific quantity, the system automatically creates separate unit entries, each with its own unique barcode and condition status. This enables businesses to track each item individually throughout its lifecycle.
